Larry W. Gallatin

Youngstown, Ohio - Larry Wilbert Gallatin, age 77, died on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Camelot Arms Care Center in Youngstown. He was born on June 29, 1939 a son of Lillian Littlewood (Druschel) and Arthur Orton Gallatin. Larry was a 1957 graduate of Vernon High School and served in the United States Navy. He was a grain farmer and also worked as a truck driver for the former Lake Eastern Steel of Niles, Ohio. Larry was formerly a member of the Kinsman Presbyterian Church and enjoyed riding his Harley Davison motorcycle. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Harley Gallatin. Survivors include his daughter, Charlene Soriano of Chicago, Illinois; a son, Raymond A. Gallatin of Houston, Texas; a granddaughter, Mercedes L. Soriano of Houston, Texas and his former wife, Shirley A. Gallatin of Jamestown, Pennsylvania. Private graveside services will be held in West View Cemetery in Vernon, Ohio.
