Kinsman, Ohio - Marjorie Ann Tricker, age 79, died at her home with her family by her side on Monday, January 4, 2016. She was born on December 25, 1936 in Andover, Ohio, a daughter of Ova Katherine (Floch) and James Melvin Whitmore. Marge was a lifelong Kinsman resident and was a 1955 graduate of Kinsman High School and earned an associate degree in business from Kent State University. On September 17, 1955 she married Brice Oren Tricker. She was church Secretary for the Warren First United Methodist Church for fifteen years, was a teller for the former Mahoning National Bank in Youngstown, Champion and Kinsman and then worked at the Kinsman Public Library for seven years, a job she dearly loved. She was a member of the Kinsman Presbyertian Church, since 1984, where she was active in the Womens Organization and served as a Trustee and Deacon and many committees as well as singing in the church's choir for many years. Marge loved her church and her church family, doing anything that was needed or asked of her in the church. She was a member of the V.F.W. of Reynolds Post No. 7599, and the former Women Business and Professional Organization of Kinsman. Marge loved antique jewelry and hats, collected art and enjoyed sewing and decorating, spending time on the boat and attending Navel reunions with her husband. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barbara J. Whitmore Hall. Survivors include her husband of sixty years, Brice O. Tricker of Kinsman; a daughter, Anita A. (Curtis) Bell of Cortland, Ohio; a son, Brian A. (Danielle) Tricker of Howland, Ohio; two grandchildren, Brianna and Bryce Tricker of Howland, Ohio and a sister Mary Louise Stafford of Transfer, Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January, 9, 2016 at 1:00pm at Kinsman Presbyterian Church, 6383 Church Street, with calling hours from 11:00am until the time of services. A private burial will be in Kinsman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kinsman Presbyterian Church PO Box or MVI Hospice.
