Mary E. Flack

Williamsfield, Ohio - Mary Ellen Flack, age 81, died at her home on Monday, March 2, 2015, with her family by her side. She was born on February 10, 1934, in Continental, Ohio, a daughter of Doris Mildred (Geren) Bishop and Ora Lee Gattshall, Sr. Mrs. Flack was a 1952 graduate of Andover High School. The day after graduating, she went to work at Rockwell International in Saybrook, Ohio, where she worked for thirty-seven years. She was the Head of the Payroll until she retired in 1989. Mrs. Flack was formerly a member of the First United Methodist Church of Andover, Ohio. She loved to read and spend time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Flack is preceded in death by her parents and her step-father, Morley Bishop. Survivors include her husband of sixty-two years, Robert Dale Flack, whom she married on November 27, 1952. She is also survived by a daughter, Debora L. (Robin) Boggs of Andover, Ohio; a son, David L. (Tina) Flack of Valley City, Ohio; six grandchildren, Nicki, Randy, Cassie, Justin, Aidan and Caylee; three great granddaughters, Kelsie, Emma and Maggie and a brother, Ora L. (Linda) Gattshall, Jr. of Milan, Ohio. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio, with Pastors Bob and Lori Coleman officiating.
