Abraham Lincoln Gault

Andover, Ohio - Abraham Lincoln Gault, age 77, died on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at his home. He was born on February 12, 1940 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of Delma Mae (Lennex) and Carl Gault, Sr. Abe worked for many years with Gault Brothers' Heating and later worked for himself. He enjoyed fishing for walleye, spending time with his grandchildren and going to McDonalds for his "Coffee Clash Club". Abe is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Brenda Sue Morris; a son, Rick A. Gault; a great grandson, Cody Morris and seven brothers, Arlie, Chelsea, Gene, Floyd, Carl Jr., Russell and Chasworthly. Survivors include his wife, Carol Marie (Mayer) Gault of Andover; his daughter, Julie A. Lewis of Andover; two sisters, Paula Meeker of Masury, Ohio, and Cynthia Greathouse of Niles, Ohio; two brothers, James Gault of Hubbard, Ohio and Richard Gault of Mercer, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
