Jamestown, Pennsylvania – Margaret Evelyn Baugher, age 96, died at home surrounded by her family and pets on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. She was born on May 16, 1919 in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of Mary Florence (Simmons) and James Richard Beach. Mrs. Baugher was a 1937 graduate of Louisville High School in Louisville, Ohio. She served in the Women’s Army Corps as a Mess Sergeant during World War II. Mrs. Baugher was formerly a resident of Kinsman, Ohio, for over thirty years until moving to Jamestown, Pennsylvania to live with her daughter Elizabeth and husband Aaron Krumpe, where she made her home for the past eighteen years. She was a devoted mother to her children and loved her dogs. Mrs. Baugher loved to travel to North Carolina to visit her two daughters and grandchildren there. Much joy was brought to her life over the last year when her niece Maribeth Beach moved home from Texas. She most enjoyed being next door to her daughter Elizabeth and husband Aaron, where they enjoyed time on the back porch filled with flowers and overlooking the pond. Grandma B. was a pillar of strength to all who knew her and has set the bar high on how to live life. Her presence on earth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Baugher is survived by her children that she had with her first husband, Kelly Sanford, whom is deceased. Kay Gates of Kinsman, Ohio, Sue (Carl) Kumher of Woodleaf, North Carolina, Mary (Lee) Earnhart of Mercer, Pennsylvania, Max (Phyllis) Sanford of Cortland, Ohio, Jayn Yake of Rock Hill South Carolina and Elizabeth (Aaron) Krumpe of Jamestown, Pennsylvania. She married Warren Holsinger whom is deceased, and helped raise his twin sons, Larry (Helen) Holsinger of Illinois and Gary Holsinger who is deceased. She is also survived by her third husband, Dan Baugher (deceased) girls, Jean Robinson of Florida, June Howell of Warren, Ohio and Carol Veselich of Florida. Mrs. Baugher also leaves behind twenty grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. Others that preceded her in death are her parents; a sister Dorothy H. Kirkpatrick and two brothers, James R. Beach and Donald R. Beach. A Celebration of Life will be held at her residence this coming summer.
