Shelly Marie Yokley

Andover, Ohio - Shelly Marie Yokley, age 55, died on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on December 26, 1961 in Grovecity, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Marcia L. (Hendrickson) and William Whitlatch. A longtime Andover resident, Shelly lived in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where she earned her one year degree in Office Technology and Management. Shelly worked for the City of Gaithersburg Sheriff Department. After moving back to Andover, she became a care assistant at St. Paul Homes in Greenville, Pennsylvania. On May 13, 2000 she married Robert Gordon Yokley. She loved to garden, go horseback riding and spend time with her grandchildren. Shelly is preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Alexander Paulino; a sister, Lin Whitlatch and a niece, Monica Whitlatch. She is survived by her husband of seventeen years, Robert G. Yokley of Germantown, Maryland; two daughters, Jessica R. (Hairon Paulino, Sr) Rizzo of Falling Waters, West Virginia and Lindsey R. Rizzo of Andover, Ohio; a sister, Tracy Whitlatch of Andover, Ohio; two brothers, Eric Whitlatch of Springfield, Missouri and Keith Whitlatch of Andover, Ohio and four grandchildren, Hairon, Jr, Jasmine, Kamron and Jocelynn.
