Angela M.

Angela M. Bar, 19 years old, of New Lyme Twp., Ohio, died on Thursday, December 30, 2004, in Orwell, Ohio. Angela was born on September 4, 1985, in Greenville, PA, to Frank "Ben" Bar of Bristolville, Ohio, and June L. (Heath) Gore of New Lyme Twp., Ohio. A 2003 Pymatuning Valley High School graduate, Angie was Prom Queen and a cheerleader. She was a 3 year Jazz Band member, and a member of choir and concert band. As a Senior, she served a mentorship at Ashtabula County Medical Center in the Ob/Gyn Department. Angie was attending Youngstown State University studying nursing. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Andover, where she helped in the Nursery and served on the Diaconate Committee. She was also active in 4-H for many years. Angie loved people and she loved animals. She was employed by Andover Sparkle Market and by Wee Day Care in Youngstown. She also sold Mary Kay cosmetics. Angie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond Heath, and Joseph and Frances Bar. She is survived by her mother June (Heath) Gore of New Lyme Twp., OH; her father, Frank "Ben" Bar of Bristolville, OH; her sister Julie Gore of New Lyme Twp., OH; her step sister, Rachel Vocaire of Garfield Heights, OH; her fiancee, Devin McNeilly of Wayne Twp., OH; her grandmother, Beryl "Sandy" Heath of Andover, OH; her aunt, Hilary Heath Godfrey of Andover, OH; her uncle and aunt, Marty and Joyce Heath of Andover, OH; her uncle and aunt, Paul and Michele Bar of Bristolville, OH; several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 3, 2005, at 10:00a.m. at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 170 E. Main Street, Andover, Ohio, with Rev. Scott Ressman officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Calling hours will be on Sunday, January 2, 2005, from 6p.m. until 9p.m. at the church.
