Phyllis M. Litwiler

Phyllis M. Litwiler, 80 years old, of Andover, Ohio, died on Saturday, January 22, 2005, in Andover Village Retirement Community. Mrs. Litwiler was born on March 23, 1924, in Ashtabula, Ohio, to the late Sidney Casbourne and the late Ruth (Lyons) Casbourne. A longtime Andover resident, Mrs. Litwiler had worked at Andover Industries for many years. She enjoyed cats and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert B. Litwiler of Andover, OH; her son, Butch Runyan of Andover, OH; her son, Jeff Runyan of Port Charlotte, FL; her daughter, Becky Semanco of Ashtabula, OH; her daughter, Diane of Florida; her daughter, Marylou of Florida; her daughter, Roberta of Florida; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
